The following is a plain-language summary of our policies. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.

Overview

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for MedAce subscriptions. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. If your plan has a fixed end date, access continues until that date and you are not billed again. Otherwise the subscription stops at the end of the current period.

Refunds

If you are charged in error, or you have not substantially used the service, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Trials are limited to one per customer.

Changes by us

If we make a material change to a plan you have paid for, we will offer a pro-rata refund for any unused portion.
