Frequently asked questions
Is MedAce suitable for my exam?
MedAce covers a range of medical school, licensing and postgraduate examinations. Browse the Examinations catalogue to see the question counts and curricula available for each one.
Are the questions original?
Yes. Every question is written for MedAce and peer-reviewed before publication. We do not reproduce copyrighted question banks. Content is versioned, and reported issues are reviewed by our editorial team.
How does the free tier work?
You can attempt a limited number of practice questions per day and access free demo questions. Premium features such as mock exams, flashcards, the revision library and full analytics require a subscription.
How is my readiness score calculated?
Readiness combines accuracy (60%), curriculum coverage (25%) and your mock exam average (15%). It is an indicative estimate with an uncertainty band based on sample size — never a guarantee of outcome.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from the Billing page. Where a subscription has a fixed end date it will remain active until that date; otherwise it stops immediately. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Do you use my data for anything else?
No. We use your data to provide the service and, if you opt in, to send reminders and summaries. You can export or permanently delete your data from your account at any time.
Is the AI assistant giving me medical advice?
No. The learning assistant is an educational aid. It answers only from approved learning content and clearly marks where a response is generated rather than verified. It is not a substitute for clinical judgement or professional advice.
